Baked Feta Baked feta has been A thing well befor Baked Feta

Baked feta has been A thing well before TikTok, and I have to say, it’s better not to swirl the beautiful texture into a slurry. Confit tomatoes and garlic with feta and basil. It's great for a quick dinner. Have you given this a try yet?
Blueberry & Lemon Scones I always overbuy lemons Blueberry & Lemon Scones

I always overbuy lemons and berries, so this recipe is the perfect solution. You can add the lemon glaze and candied lemon slices, or you can do the other ideal option and eat them fresh from the oven with only butter. The only real rule here is you must eat them while they are warm!

The recipe is up on the blog!

Happy Mardi Gras! I decided to make @joythebaker ‘s pull apart King Cake this year, and wasn’t disappointed. I can’t wait to go back to New Orleans.
Strawberry Cream Puffs For Valentines Day/Galenti Strawberry Cream Puffs

For Valentines Day/Galentines Day this year, I decided to share a fun twist on the classic cream puff. This recipe uses real dehydrated strawberries and has only natural colors. The recipe will be live on wanderlustandpiecrust.com later today, and it's so easy you still have enough time to make it for your Valentine!
🥯Lox Bagel Sandwich🗽 I was going through so 🥯Lox Bagel Sandwich🗽

I was going through some pictures from last year, and I realized it had been a full year since I was in NYC. What a bummer. I decided it was a lox for lunch/dinner kind of day. This bagel recipe is on @nytcooking and is written by @csaffitz . The steps are super easy to follow, and the process takes a bit of time, but the reward is a batch of fresh bagels! My shaping could use some work, but overall, I am pleased.

What is a location-specific treat you're missing? I can't wait until we can safely pleasure travel again.
Winter Citrus Salad with Meyer Lemon Dressing Last Winter Citrus Salad with Meyer Lemon Dressing
Last night we got a fresh dusting of snow, and it's a bit gloomy today.
I decided to pair some of my favorite winter fruits with a variety of bitter winter greens to make up a bright citrus salad with a Meyer lemon dressing, you know, to brighten things up around here. While this recipe lists specific citrus, feel free to omit or add based on your personal preferences, and of course, choosing what's most in season and available near you. The Meyer Lemon Dressing will bring it all together, no matter what you decide to use. What is your favorite winter produce?

The recipe is up on the blog, link in the bio.
Preserved🍋Lemons This month I made a recipe fo Preserved🍋Lemons

This month I made a recipe for @jojotastic that included the use of preserved lemons. I figured I should share a recipe while Meyer lemons are still on the shelves! They do need some time, but they are worth the wait! Have you used preserved lemons before? What’s your favorite use!

Recipe is live on the blog, linked in the bio.

There aren't many morning treats I crave more than a good cinnamon roll. This recipe takes the traditional cinnamon roll to citrus season and has a fun secret 🥔 ingredient that makes it the perfect pillowy texture.

Happy holidays everyone! Making a Bûche De Nöe Happy holidays everyone!

Making a Bûche De Nöel has become one of my holidays musts! This year has been different for all of us. I can say confidentially this is the least I’ve baked in years, for Christmas, and it feels very weird. Aside from this recipe, I shared with @jojotastic as her recipe contributor, I made one sad batch of cookies. Here’s to a better and brighter 2021! What is a holiday tradition you never skip? How are you all celebrating this year?

I’m not sure about where you are, but up here in Anchorage WINTER HAS ARRIVED. We’ve been bouncing between low double and single digits, and even hit zero just the other night. Even with the lack of sunshine and the chilly temps, I still love this time of year. Hopefully, you can curl up with your cup of hot chocolate and embrace the hygge spirit!

The recipe is live over on the blog (Jojotastic.com), so give it a try! I can't wait to share more with you this month, and I am excited to have recipes living in two places now!
Hey everyone, I don't usually share my face around Hey everyone, I don't usually share my face around here, but it feels like a good time to say hello and give a little life update. Over the last few months, I've been making some adjustments to my personal life. Taking some inventory and creating space for growth. This year has forced many us to sit with elements of life that maybe need some work. I've found a great therapist, I've been trying to be more active, and most importantly; I've relocated. At the end of September, I packed up and drove (yes, all 2,300 miles alone) to my new home for the foreseeable future, Anchorage, Alaska. To many of you that knew me when anchorage and I had our first little encounter, you're probably surprised. It's understandable. A lot has changed in six years.

I know this may seem mostly vague, and I am sorry for that; I believe in a little rule from the fantastic @brenebrown , which is to only to share things that you've already worked through. If you want to chat more, my DMs are always open. I just ask that you keep the comment section respectable concerning questions about my personal life.

Other than that, nothing too major will change around here. I will still be posting tasty food, and there are many really exciting partnerships coming up that I'm excited to share with you. The blog will start to see some new recipes soon, so if you've commented on a post from the last few months that you wanted the recipe, keep checking back, new things will be going up this month and all holiday season.

Whether I know you in real life, just online, you've followed before it was just food or you're newer around here; thanks for sticking around.

Chicken Noodle Soup With Gluten-Free Noodles As th Chicken Noodle Soup With Gluten-Free Noodles
As the weather is starting to cool down (sorry, California friends), it's safe to say soup weather has officially arrived. I finally decided to break into some of my lesser-used flours and try out @cannellevanille ‘s recipe for GF noodles. They were just as easy as standard noodles and so good. They held up well in soup, and I also used them in spaghetti. Definitely a good recipe to have on standby this fall/winter.

This recipe is kept fresh and light with a fist full of fresh Kale, lots of carrots, and leeks. What are some of your favorite add-ins for soup?

I know I have been a bit radio silent. I just wrapped up a big move and some significant changes, but I'll share more on that next week. I hope everyone is having a cozy weekend so far!

Classic Peach Pie with a Buttermilk Crust I found Classic Peach Pie with a Buttermilk Crust

I found a nice bunch of peaches that fit precisely what I look for; Ripe, soft, and juicy. I don't mind the summer season passing at all, but I will miss all of the beautiful stone fruits. A peach pie is always worth making the house warm, and vanilla bean ice cream isn't optional. Sadly, this will probably be the last one of this summer. Up next, apples and pumpkins!

What summer fruit are you going to miss?
